I recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with scales, renting, ect. We used them this past august and Mike came down and gave a training to the associates and was really attentive to our needs as a business. Super professional and great people to work with.

During my career in Materials Management my employers bought and rented scales and inventory counting devices from Wingfield for years. I enjoyed the partnership with their team so much that I sought to work with them part-time in retirement!

I worked with Wingfield Scale while setting up an in house testing lab at a manufacturing facility in Chattanooga. They were very knowledgeable and were able to provide expertise in choosing the correct scale for the lab application that I needed. Wingfield also provided calibrated weights for various applications at the plant. Their technicians that provided services at the plant were both knowledgeable and professional.
In another instance, I asked Wingfield to come out and service a small lab scale that was not functioning properly. They were prompt in their response and were able to repair the scale. I would highly recommend Wingfield Scale.

We started using Wingfield Scale last year to perform bulk pile measurements using 3D mapping measurement and software. This bulk pile measurement is a requirement for our financial audits and reporting. It is also another tool to confirm that we received the correct quantity from our supplier.
The whole team at Wingfield was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Their response time was excellent and this was very important as it had to be coordinated with out external auditor. Once on-site, their technician was very professional and displayed good safety awareness and practices. The accuracy of the mapping was incredibly realistic and accurate, reflecting all the irregularities in pile height, form and shape, which resulted in a very accurate volume measurement. The report was available the next day, and was very detailed but clear and concise enough for auditors to use. The external auditors were very impressed with the measurement and satisfied with the report.
